Hi there
First of all my apologies as my German is shite! So those who don't read English either move along or hit the google translate.
Thought I'd drop by and say hello after watching the amazing "The official MUSTANG6 Event Aftermovie" which looked superb and great fun.
So I am Andrew, 38 living in central UK (Stoke-on-Trent), work for www.overclockers.co.uk which is part of www.caseking.de group which I suspect some of you will know off as they are based in Berlin.
Anyway couple of pictures of my car:
Car is running 500HP (GT 350 setup), Corsa Extreme, KW Clubsports and plenty of other bits.
Any questions just ask.

No, that was just a kudo from me. Regarding the island as tiny or small or regarding the region around Stoke as nice surely depends on anybodys personal view, doesn't it?
And certainly, I just have the sense of humor typical of the people where I was born and grew up, and that's just a few miles upcountry from the shores of the north sea.
If you consider my statement as lame, well perhaps the next time I will have to try something harder than a Craigellachie 13yo. to say a "welcome" to a new member. Think I'll take a Kilchoman, single cask /cask strength then
I'm always interested in other nicely modded Mustangs with plenty of hp and other well-done stuff to learn from, so I appreciate new members with that modding attitude very much.

To the person who asked about the calipers, yes they are the standard Brembo items painted in Porsche Acid Green, I am planning on doing something with the rears also to match.
So are you guys not allowed to modify engine power in Germany then?

Yes we are.
But legally only in the mingy margins that TÜV allows. We have some tuners, even present with an account in this forum, that provide us with fully legal, TÜV approved mappings with roughly about 340kw (measured according to ECE rules) or 460 hp (measured acc. to DIN)-without power adders.
Some forum members went further with special headers and exhaust systems, bigger & better throttle bodies (i.e. BBK USA Type 1806 or GT 350 stock part) and improved cooling (fans, diff radiator kits), cold air intakes and cobra jet or GT350 inlets.
500 hp (DIN) certainly isn't widespread seen in our cars, but also no secret.
TÜV approved built-ups with power adders like the roush kit or Kenne Bell 3.2tr. superchargers reach approx. 440kw (ECE) / 595hp (DIN) and for track use up to 540hp (ECE) or 730 hp (DIN).
A lot of members tend to focus on an improvement concerning the chassis, as the Autobahn allows to check top speed out and even a GT in stock condition is capable of about 175mph with speed limiter removed from the software.
Some more outreaching details may be found in the member area, but require some efforts with the german language. If you got problems with that, don't hesitate to ask, I guess there will soon be a helping hand.
